    Returns are accepted under the following conditions: The item is damaged or defective The item received is not as per the approved sample, design, or specifications The wrong size, color, or item was delivered Products were damaged during shipping (must be reported immediately)

    ❌ Non-Returnable Items

    We do not accept returns for: Customized or personalized products (unless defective) Wrong size ordered by the customer (unless due to production error) Minor color or design variations (due to screen differences or manual processes) Products returned after 3 days of delivery without prior notice
